P O L I C I E S

DEPOSITS: 

We require a deposit in order to book a tattoo appointment. DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE! Deposits go towards the price of the tattoo and are taken off of the final appointment (if your tattoo requires more than one sitting). We have a strict 72 hour cancellation policy. We can reschedule your appointment one time before the 72 hours. More than one reschedule and your deposit is forfeited. No call No show = Forfeit of deposit. All deposits are void after 2 weeks from appointment. If you cancel your appointment, you lose your deposit. 

 

PAYMENTS:

Cash is always preferred however we do accept electronic payments with a charge of 3.5% . We accept:  

• Credit & Debit Cards – All major cards accepted via Square POS 

• Mobile Payments – Apple Pay (available in-store and online where supported) 

•  Digital Wallets – CashApp ($sacredritualtattoo) & Venmo (@sacredritualtattoos)

• Cash Money

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We have a strict 72 hour cancellation policy. We value all of our clients’ time as well as our own. Missing an appointment impacts not only the tattooer but other clients who could have taken that time slot. Being more than 1 hour late (without prior arrangements/communication) is considered a no show and your deposit is forfeited.

 

RESCHEDULING:

We realize that sometimes rescheduling happens. Be sure you give us 72 hours notice and we will happily reschedule you. We will only reschedule your appointment once, after that….it's back to square one! Your deposit will be held for 2 weeks after the original appointment, you would need to reschedule within that timeframe to keep your deposit credit.

 

WALK-INS:

Appointments are preferred however we will take walk ins when the artists are not scheduled. Please check our social media and/or call the shop to confirm. Call 210-267-9438 or text at 210-848-1780. It would be first come, first serve.

 

PRICE ESTIMATE:

How much is a tattoo?  Well how much is a bag of groceries? There are a lot of factors when pricing a tattoo. Placement, design, size, execution, etc. We will gladly schedule a free consultation to be able to provide a quote. If you have a particular budget, please let your artist know and we may be able to make it work within reason. 

 

WAIT TIME:

We're generally booking 1-2 weeks out however it's possible to have open days for walk-in's. Check the Instagram, for last minute openings. Feel free to call us before you walk in 210-267-9438 to check if there is availability.

UNDERAGE:

We only tattoo 18+.

 

CAN I BRING A FRIEND?

We suggest avoiding disappointment and boredom by leaving your friends and family at home. If you insist on bringing a homie, ONE is the limit but please check with the tattoo artist beforehand.

CHILDREN:

Tattoo shops are no place for children. IF you have extenuating circumstances that require you to bring your child, talk to your tattoo artist first.
