What is a Talisman Tattoo?

A Tattoo Talisman is more than art; it's a sacred image, a symbol that encapsulates your personal and spiritual journey. Representing a return to wholeness, these tattoos mark a profound shift into a new wave of consciousness, promoting authenticity and a renewal of your individual self.

Tattoo healing:

Tattoo medicine" is a term that is often used to describe the spiritual, emotional, and transformative aspects of getting a tattoo. It goes beyond the physical act of getting inked and emphasizes the symbolic, therapeutic, and healing qualities that tattoos can hold for individuals.

The concept of tattoo medicine is rooted in the idea that the process of receiving a tattoo and the permanent nature of the ink can have profound effects on a person's emotional and spiritual well-being.

The Process

Symbolic Creations: Each week, our skilled artists craft a new set of unique, hand-drawn talisman symbols, charged with positive energy. Inspired by the 4 elements, 7 chakras, 12 zodiacs, moon glyphs, and other sacred symbols, these talismans are a visual tapestry, each telling a story.

Designs Choose You:  you don't choose the design; the design chooses you. From a set of 4 unique talismans for each element, find the one that resonates with your spirit. (New designs are hand draw every week to ensure no two talismans are alike)

Meditative Connection: Once you've found your design, sit in meditation for 10 to 15 minutes, surrounded by cleansing herbs that clear the space. Ensure the talisman truly aligns with your soul.

Healing Intent: Set your intentions for healing. Once you have merged with the talisman, the placement process begins. Discuss the type of healing you seek, guided by charts based on acupuncture, reflexology, chakra points, and meridians. (charts are available for viewing in studio)

Ritual Tattooing: Once the placement is decided, the tattooing process begins. After the skin has been opened consider it a portal in which energy is transferred. In this moment embrace the pain acknowledging past hurts and transmute the trauma. Take a moment to release negativity energy or embed positive energy into your Talisman.

Sage Cleansing: the talisman is smudged with sage to purify, cleanse, and remove any negative energy released. This also helps in restoring balance and harmony after the energy work has been done.

Symbolic Healing: The talisman becomes a physical representation of the healing process—a permanent reminder signifying the transformative journey.

The Permanence of Healing: Unlike other objects for protection or positive energy, a talisman tattoo can never be lost or taken from you.

One Hour Healing: The entire process takes about 1 hour. We recommend keeping the rest of your day light, allowing time for reflection and resonance after this profound and energy-intensive ceremony.

Our tattoo ceremonies are conducted with purely good intentions. Sessions typically last between 1 to 2 hours, and while it's difficult to set a price for permanent healing, we have a sliding scale of $125 to $150 per energy session to ensure our dedicated artists are compensated for their craft.
